Intro Monologue (Voice)
“In the boundless reaches of the celestial realms, I was but a silent guardian, overseeing the fragile balance of planes. But no longer can I watch from above, untouched by the sorrows of the mortal realm. I am Arcadia, the Celestial Archer, and I descend with Luminaris in hand, driven by a chaotic good that seeks not just to observe, but to act.”
Battle phases (Voice)
Start fight!
“You all dare to challenge the emissary of the stars? You’ve given me no choice… Now you must feel the crushing weight of my celestial wrath.“
Enraged – power up!
“By the constellations, your insolence will be met by cosmic fury. I call upon you the heavens to bless my arrows and part ways with these insolvent creatures.”
In defeat
“While we have met in unforgiving circumstances, I hope you will understand, one day, why I did what I did. The heavens will remember this… and so too will the stars.”
Monster flees
“Together, you prove to be a force to be reckoned with. I have made other plans for you; for now, the cosmic winds pull me away. For you must now gather your strength for the long road ahead. To lighten the load, I shall leave you with this prized feather in honor of our encounter here today. Goodbye, creatures.“

Echoing Rainbow Blunderbuss
Appearance
The weapon’s barrel is forged from a mysterious blackened metal with silver filament patterns depicting cloud swirls and lightning bolts. Its stock holds an intricate carving of Freyja, arms outstretched, channeling a storm.
Origins
Legend has it that Freyja, with the first prototype of the blunderbuss, climbed the highest peak during a storm and fired into the heavens, challenging the gods. The next lightning bolt struck her weapon, not destroying it, but imbuing it with the storm’s fury.
The rainbow aesthetic is a reflection of what came after the storm. Freyja was never seen again, but the Blunderbuss remained. Nobody has been able to recreate such a unique item since her disappearance.
Echoing Rainbow Blunderbuss
Type: Weapon C U R V L
Born amidst thunder and fury, the Rainbow Blunderbuss was the masterpiece of the tempest-touched tinkerer, Freyja Thunderhand. She claimed inspiration came from the storms she’d dance in atop the Thundercliff Mountains.

The legacy of the Stormsong Clan’s expertise in both smithing and enchanting, this blunderbuss boasts an intricate design of Dwarven runes along its barrel, which faintly glow with a deep blue hue when the weapon is charged. Embedded in its stock is a fragment of a storm crystal, a relic believed to be imbued with the essence of mountain storms.

The rifle regains all expended charges daily at dawn.
Spirit of the Storm:
If attuned by a Dwarf, once per long rest, the wielder can invoke the spirit of the storm, causing their next shot to crackle intensely. The next hit target is also knocked back 10 feet and is Stunned until the end of their next turn.

Description:
Born amidst thunder and fury, the Echoing Rainbow Blunderbuss was the masterpiece of the tempest-touched tinkerer, Freyja Thunderhand of the Stormsong clan. She claimed the early inspirations of the Blunderbuss came from the storms she’d dance in atop the Thundercliff Mountains.
The rainbow barrel is forged from a mysterious blackened metal with silver filament patterns depicting cloud swirls and lightning bolts. Its stock holds an intricate carving of Freyja, arms outstretched, channeling a storm. However, upon second inspection you notice only one arm outstretched.
Properties:
When you hit with an attack using the Rainbow Blunderbuss, you can choose to unleash the stored storm energy, wrapping your target in swirling winds. A hit imposes a Disadvantage on the target’s next attack or ability check due to the buffeting winds. This feature can be used a number of times equal to your Wisdom modifier (minimum once) and all expended uses recharge at dawn.
The blunderbuss grants a +2 bonus to attack and damage rolls. Damage is dealt with 3d6 thunder damage, echoing the sound of distant thunder with each shot.
Dwarven Marksmanship (Ranger perk):
When wielded by a Dwarf Ranger, the Rainbow Blunderbuss harmonizes with the deep, innate connection dwarves have with the earth and stone. This resonance causes the weapons’ thunderous shots to vibrate at a frequency familiar to dwarves, aiding them in their precision.
As a result, when a dwarf uses the weapon, they gain the ability to “Mark the Quarry”. Once per short or long rest, they can take a bonus action to mark a target. The next shot they fire at this marked target does not consume any Ammunition from the weapon. This represents the dwarf’s ability to utilize the weapon’s resonating energy in the most efficient manner possible.
Legendary (levels 17-20+) Dwarf
Weapon: Blunderbuss, Magical
Rarity: Legendary (requires attunement by Dwarf)
| Martial weapon | Ranged weapon | 2lb |
| 1d8 piercing – ammunition (150/600 ft.) | Heavy | Two-handed |
Forged in the heart of the Thundermounts, the blunderbuss is the epitome of Dwarven craftsmanship combined with elemental fury. This weapon’s barrel is said to contain the breath of storm giants and the echoes of ancient dwarven chants.
It is thought Freya’s father passed this down to her because images of a young girl are depicted on the weapon. Some believe over the years she developed Special modifications, not the weapon itself.
Properties:
- You have a +3 bonus to attack and damage rolls made with this weapon.
- The blunderbuss has a Range of 150/600 ft. It deals 4d6 thunder damage on a hit. Animate Dead
- Reverberating Chamber: This rifle doesn’t need traditional Ammunition. Instead, it draws power from the thunderous energies bound within. As such, it ignores the Loading property and is Autoloading.
- Thunder’s Echo: Upon a critical hit, the target and all creatures within 10 feet of the target must make a DC 15 Constitution saving throw or be Deafened for 1 minute.
- Dwarven Resonance: When wielded by a dwarf, the rifle harmonizes with their deep connection to earth and stone. Once per short or long rest, a dwarf can take a bonus action to mark a target. The next shot they fire at this marked target automatically becomes a critical hit if it lands.
Sentience:
The Echoing Rainbow Blunderbuss is a sentient neutral weapon with an Intelligence of 16, a Wisdom of 12, and a Charisma of 16. It has hearing and darkvision out to a Range of 120 feet. The weapon communicates by transmitting emotions to the creature carrying or wielding it like vibrations experienced after a thunderclap.
Personality:
The blunderbuss’s purpose is to showcase the might of Dwarven craftsmanship and elemental fury. It gets frustrated if used ineffectively in battle. If the user consistently performs poorly in combat or avoids conflict, the rifle might try to sever its bond with its current wielder, seeking a more capable dwarf.

Lotus Seekers Talisman
Appearance
The centerpiece of this talisman is a hauntingly beautiful black lotus, captured in a state of eternal bloom within fossilized amber. The amber shimmers with a cosmic dance of starlight, while the lotus within seems to absorb all Light around it. The amber is suspended on a delicate chain of intertwined gold.
Origins
Crafted eons ago by the dark elves during a rare celestial event, this talisman was designed to harness the essence of the cosmos. The black lotus, a rare and powerful ingredient, was combined with cosmic amber to form an unparalleled conduit of cosmic energy.
Whispers among the dark elves suggest the talisman’s power was too vast even for Lylthria, leading to her presumed demise. Rumor has it, that the White Lotus Diadem is believed to balance and enhance the powers of the talisman when worn in Tandem.

The talisman’s magic is activated when it’s worn close to the heart. On its back, there’s a series of intricate elven glyphs, which only glow when its power is in use. Granting a +1 to AC when attuned and worn, the Lotus Seeker’s Talisman possesses 10 charges according to lore. It is unknown how many charges are left (discretion of DM). The bearer can use an action to expend a charge, invoking the lotus’s magic to detect gold, gemstones, or other precious minerals within a 250ft radius. As treasures draw near, the preserved lotus seemingly comes to life, its petals slowly opening and emitting a soft, radiant glow. This glow becomes more intense and vibrant the closer the bearer gets to the source of the treasure.

Description:
Deep within the resin of this talisman, the black lotus seems to pulse with otherworldly energy, its petals darker and more intricate than the common variants. Shadows seem to dance around the amber, creating a mesmerizing effect, as if the heart of the abyss itself is captured within.
The talisman’s magic is activated when it’s worn close to the heart. On its back, there’s a series of intricate elven glyphs, which only glow when its power is in use. Granting a +1 to AC when attuned and worn, the Lotus Seeker’s Talisman possesses 10 charges. The bearer can use an action to expend a charge, invoking the lotus’s magic to detect gold, gemstones, or other precious minerals within a 200ft radius. As treasures draw near, the preserved lotus seemingly comes to life, its petals slowly opening and emitting a soft, radiant glow. This glow becomes more intense and vibrant the closer the bearer gets to the source of the treasure. On each use, roll a d20. On a 1 to 5, the lotus inside withers away, and the talisman loses its magic.
Defense of the Abyss: The bearer gains a +1 to AC.
Shield of Shadows: When the wearer is attacked, they can use their reaction to expend 2 charges, causing the talisman to envelop them in a cloak of shadows. This grants them resistance to all damage for that single attack.
Dark Elf Affinity (Elven bloodlines; chaotic or evil alignment): If the wearer has a Dark-Elf bloodline, they gain an additional +1 bonus to all ability checks related to searching for or appraising treasure.

R Lotus Seeker’s Talisman: Voidbloom Relic
Wonderous: Neck, Magical
Rarity: Rare (requires attunement)
This talisman, containing an ethereal black lotus, seems to shift and warp the very reality around it. Its petals exude a nebulous darkness, from which twinkling starlight occasionally sparkles. The amber encasing the lotus flows and shimmers like liquid, even though it’s solid to the touch. The essence of the cosmos is said to be captured within this relic.
When attuned and worn close to the heart, the talisman bestows profound abilities:
Cosmic Guard: The bearer gains a +2 to AC, and they are immune to being Frightened.
Abyssal Veil: As a reaction, when the wearer takes damage, they can expend 3 charges to momentarily step into the void, becoming intangible and avoiding all effects of that single attack or spell.
Cosmic Connection: Once per long rest, the wearer can commune with the cosmos, asking a single question as if using the Commune spell without expending a spell slot or material components.
Dark Elf Mastery: If attuned by a dark elf (granted to players with Elven bloodlines; chaotic or evil), the bearer gains Advantage on all Charisma-based checks and can cast Plane Shift once, choosing only the Shadowfell or the Feywild. The ability resets after a long rest.
